Student Meal Accounts

Students are provided a school ID that is used as a
prepaid debit card for Lunch & Breakfast payments. For easy online deposits, parents/guardians are encouraged to set up an account at
MySchoolBucks. (You will need your student's ID #). MySchoolBucks provides you with a convenient resource to deposit funds, view
your student's purchases, track balances, set up low balance reminders, and schedule payments. Funds are available almost immediately but parents should allow 1-2 hours for system updates.

YEAR END BALANCES & REFUNDS: Account balances will be carried over into the next school year, even if your student changes school
within the district. Transfers and refunds for graduating students
are processed automatically after the close of lunch on the last day of school. No action is required except for special circumstances. If your student withdraws from the School District of South Milwaukee, a transfer or refund will be processed as soon as Nutrition Services is notified of withdrawal. Refunds are mailed to the most recent address on file. Please notify Nutrition Services of address changes! Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds.
