The Buildings & Grounds department includes the Building Custodians at each school, Building Service Helpers (cleaning staff), Grounds Crew, and Maintenance Staff.  We pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean environment for our students and staff members. 

The Buildings & Grounds Department takes care of over 727,000 square feet of building space, about 80 acres of land owned by the district, and athletic fields for all of our student athletes. 

The Buildings & Grounds staff completes on average over 3,300 reactive and preventative work orders per year.  Over 75% of the corrective work orders are completed in 3 days or less, with over 90% of the corrective work orders are completed in 7 days or less.
